Tavia R. Stroup, LMT

Tavia R. Stroup, LMT 3861, RMTI-S0329, is an experienced, Nationally & State certified Massage Therapist since 2001, and Instructor since 2005, Licensed in the City of Albuquerque.  She is the owner of Muscle Surfing, and is the primary massage therapist, but if business calls for more, she’ll subcontract other well trained LMT’s.

I’ve always liked being able to help people.  When I was 15 yrs. old I was involved in a car accident which has changed my life forever. I have since had 3 back and neck surgeries related to that accident. A lot of my rehabilitation involved massage therapy, so I learned at a young age how important it was to get them. Even by the age of 5 I was massaging my friends and family, so I guess my profession started then, and it’s always been a part of who I am.  Some people say I have “Old Hands” referring to me as a reincarnated massage therapist.

It makes me feel good after massaging someone when they tell me, “That’s the best massage I’ve ever had!”

Being a mobile massage service is a great way to separate myself from the rest of the competition.  “I drive, so you don’t have to!”
